The server or specific ports are unavailable. What should I do?
If the server, its IP address, or specific ports (for example, SSH — port 22) are unavailable from your network, first check their availability from other networks and regions using independent services such as Check-Host.net or Ping.pe. If the server is accessible from other networks, the restriction is related to your Internet provider, routing, or limitations applied within your network/region. Our company does not restrict access to servers and cannot influence restrictions imposed by third-party providers or government authorities. Please create a ticket regarding server unavailability only if an independent check also confirms the issue from other networks and regions.
How can I change the server location and which locations are available?
The server location can be changed by our support team via a ticket request. Only the following locations are currently available: France, Germany, United Kingdom, Poland, and USA. Other locations are currently unavailable. Please note that all server data will be deleted when changing the location, as it is technically impossible to transfer data between different locations.
Why is the speed low or access to the server limited?
Our company does not limit network speed — services are provided according to the selected plan. If you experience limitations or access issues, they are most likely caused by external factors such as ISP restrictions, routing issues, or government regulations.
What is included in the VPS service?
The VPS service includes server resources. Technical support is provided free of charge. Additional software may be installed at the discretion of the support team.
How do I reinstall / recreate my VPS and access the VPS control panel?
VPS reinstallation and recreation are performed by the client through the VPS control panel. Access details for the control panel can be requested in the settings of the corresponding order in the billing panel. VPS recreation by the support team is performed only in individual cases and is not a standard service.
